Ben Lumb joined Coben in 2016, having previously spent time working on highly detailed residential, multi-residential and commercial projects. Prior to this, Ben also worked with Ben Weber for 10 years at a Tier 1 company where he gained valuable experience in complex large scale projects. Ben has extensive experience in early planning and delivery of design-focused, technical projects, which brings immense expertise to each job.
All our key personnel have worked alongside each other for many years on a diverse range of projects. We all have experience in larger companies at a senior management level, but what we pride ourselves on most is that we have spent a large part of our careers on site getting into the detail and leading delivery teams. Executing our projects well is a core value everyone at Coben places huge importance on.
